إن هذا الكتاب يشكل دراسةً أكاديميةً، ومرجعاً رصيناً غاية في الأهمية لأبرز الأفكار السياسية الكبرى، مستندةً إلى العامل الإجتماعي والسياسي والثقافي للأزمنة التي ظهرت فيها، وحتى الشخصي لأصحابها.
