إثباتُ الهُداة بِالنُّصوص والمُعجِزات، هو كتاب يتضمّن ترجمة لحياة المعصومينعليهم السلام مع بيان الأدلّة النّقليّة لإثبات إمامتهمعليه السلام، والمعاجز الصّادرة عنهم
يتمحور موضوع الكتاب حول استعراض الأحاديث والروايات الدالة على نبوّة الرسول الأكرم (ص) وإمامة الأئمة الأطهار (ع) مع بيان معاجزهم وكراماتهم. ذكر المحقق آقا بزرك الطهراني أن الحر العاملي فرغ من تدوين كتابه هذا سنة 1096 هـ.
يحتوي كتاب إثبات الهداة على خمس وثلاثين باباً، هي:
الأبواب الخمسة الأوائل تتوفر على بيان كليات في حجّية الرواية ومباحث حول أخبار وروايات المعصومين. واختص الباب السادس باستعراض الروايات العامّة للنبوّة والإمامة. خصّ الحر العاملي البابين الثامن والتاسع بالأخبار الدالة على نبوّة النبي الأكرم (ص)ومعجزاته. أمّا الأبواب 10 إلى 34 فقد تعرض فيها لأخبار الإمامة ومعجزات الأئمة حسب تسلسلهم التاريخي. أمّا الباب 35 فقد خصّه لمعالجة مسألة الغلو. ووزّع كل باب فيه على فصول أورد في كل فصل أحاديث كتاب يناسب ذلك الباب
