Book Description
فإن الله سبحانه وتعالى رب السماوات والأرضين قد أسند الإفتاء إلى نفسه لبيان أهمية الإفتاء ومنزلته العظيمة، حيث يقول ﴿ وَيَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلْ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ.... ﴾. وهذا تكريم للنساء بأن يتولى الله سبحانه وتعالى إصدار الفتوى بحقهن.
وطلب الله العلي القدير من رسول الله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم القيام بمهمة الإفتاء لذا يُعدُّ عليه الصلاة والسلام أول مفتٍ في الإسلام، وأول من يوَقِّع عن الله رب العالمين، وقد أشار القرآن الكريم إلى ذلك في عدة مواضع منها قوله سبحانه وتعالى: ﴿ يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْأَهِلَّةِ قُلْ هِيَ مَوَاقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَالْحَجِّ ﴾.
كما تولى الصحابة الكرام رضوان الله عليهم هذه المهمة العظيمة الجليلة الخطيرة، ثم تولاها التابعون لهم بإحسان إلى وقتنا هذا.
ولا تنفصل الفتوى عن حياة وحاجاتهم، إذ لا بد لهم من حوادث جديدة ولا بد لهم من معرفة الأحكام فيما يستجد وهو موضوع هذا الكتاب.
والشيخ عكرمة صبري غنيٌّ عن التعريف، ولفتاويه أهمية خاصة، فهو مفتي بيت المقدس وخطيبه وإمامه لسنوات عديدة، فكان ألصق الناس بهمومهم ومعاملاتهم، والكتاب حصاد أعوام من الفُتيا والعمل الدؤوب.
ونحن إذ نفخر بخروج هذا السفر الكريم لنسأل الله تعالى أن يكتب له عموم النفع والثواب.
