يتحدث هذا الكتاب في موضوع "الإيجاب والقبول وشروطهما في عقود المعاملات المالية" وهو دراسة فقهية مقارنة في بيان العظمة الفقهية في الضوابط الشرعية والخلقية للمعاملات المالية في إطار التشريع الإسلامي.
وفي هذه الدراسة يتخذ الكاتب منهجاً يبدأ بتحرير المسألة أولاً ثم يردفها بأقوال العلماء إذا لم يكن فيها خلاف فيستشهد بنصوص الأقدم فالأقدم من المذاهب الأربعة الفقهية، وإن كان فيها خلاف فإما أن يتفق مذهبان ويخالف مذهبان عند ذلك يجمعهم ويورد لكل منهم ما استشهد به على الاتفاق أو الإختلاف. وإن كان لكل قول مسألة فإنه يفضل التدرج التاريخي لوجود المذاهب الفقهية، فيبدأ بالمذهب الحنفي ثم المالكي ثم الشافعي ثم الحنبلي. وإن خالف مذهب واتفق الباقي يقدم المخالف ويتبعه برأي الجمهور... ويرد على المخالف في جميع المباحث مع تخريج الأحاديث والترجمة للإعلام وبيان أرقام الآيات في سورها.
توزعت الدراسة على مقدمة وفصول أربعة وخاتمة، جاءت المقدمة مشتملة على عناصر أربعة هي: تعريف العقد – أقسام العقد وما يندرج تحت كل قسم –تعريف المال –تعريف البيع يلي ذلك الفصل الأول: وهو في الصريح والكناية، والفصل الثاني وهو في: شروط الإيجاب وحده، والفصل الثالث وهو في: شروط القبول وحده، والفصل الرابع في: عقد الغائب أو النظرية التي يأخذ بها الفقه الإسلامي في التعاقد بين غائبين. وأخيراً خاتمة ونتائج الدراسة.
