هذا الدِّرج الذي يضم ثلاثة آلاف ومئة وواحد وخمسين سطراً، هو وقف سيرة مسرى جواهر بنت العابد النارية، مسجل في محكمة مولانا القزويني قاضي عجائب المخلوقات بإسم مَسْرَى يا رقيب، وشهد عليه العشرُ الأواخر من رمضان، الحال في برج الدلو من سنة 1374 شمسية، وموجوداتُ غير منظورة عدا وذلك شهدت، فبلغ عدد الشهود ألف ألف ألف، وكتبه ورسمه طيرٌ أبيض وأسود من تلامذة أجود المقرئين من طير البردوني، وعلى الجانب طغراء الملك سليمان خطُها الخطاط التركي من نسل حافظ عثمان مرسومة بدقة بالذهب.
وبموجب السيرة أوقفت الأميرةُ مكابدات الترقي لوادي عبقر لتجري عيونها في رقدِ أرواحِ حَفظَةِ السيرِ والمفاتيح والإنفاق على رؤاهم وأجنحتهم، ولهذه الغاية أقام الدَرْجُ نفسه أول متولٍ بقية عمره هو وأمناء السر، وجرى الوقف وفقاً للمذهب الشافعي في الفقه الإسلامي.
