إن تحقيق حق العودة وقيام الدولة دولة ديمقراطية مدنية منتخبة على أرض فلسطين التاريخية لمواطنيها الفلسطينيين من اليهود والمسيحيين والمسلمين، يقوم على أساس من العدل والمساواة وسيادة القانون، هذه الأسس وحدها ستكون نواة هذه الدولة التي سوف تحمل كل أسباب البقاء والسلام والتوافق والعدل.
هذا السلام الذي لن يحتاج للقوة الطاغية، ولا إلى الأسلحة المتطورة لحمايته، إنه السلام الذي سوف يحمي ويقوي نفسه بنفسه، ولن يحتاج كذلك إلى معاهدات وإتفاقيات لضمان أمنه وإستمراره، وسيكتشف الساعون إلى وهم سلام وحلّ الدولتين والمفاوضات العبثية أن أرض فلسطين التاريخية بما فيها القدس الشريف غير قابلة للتقسيم والقسمة (وإن آخر الدواء الكي).
