Book Description
أمر الله عز وجل المسلمين بالبحث عن أسباب النصر، حيث يقول في محكم تنزيله "وأعدوا لهم ما استطعتم من قوة ومن رباط الخيل ترهبون به عدو الله وعدوكم"، في هذا الأمر الرباني بحث دؤوب -قدر الاستطاعة- عن كل مبدأ من مبادئ القتال، للوصول إلى أسباب النصر، وإذا ما التقت أسباب الأرض بأسباب السماء فإن النصر لمن يسعى إليه لا محالة.
وما أسباب الأرض إلا مبادئ الحرب علماً وتطبيقاً، وليست أسباب السماء إلا العناية الإلهية، وقد أشار ابن خلدون إلى ذلك في قوله "بأن أسباب النصر هي أسباب ظاهرة في الجيوش والأسلحة وغيرها، واسباب خفية غير ظاهرة مثل الرعب والخذلان الإلهي".
لقد طبق المسلمون مبادئ حربية تعارف عليها من قبلهم ومن بعدهم فهم لم يكتفوا بأن يكونوا مؤمنين صادقين فحسب بل عاملين، وآخذين بالأسباب حتى يدركوا ما نذروا أنفسهم إليه أما النصر أو الشهادة، وقد أضاء الرسول القائد صلى الله عليه وسلم طريق الفكر العسكري أمامهم فيما وصى بقوله وعمله وتقديره وذلك من خلال سيرته العطرة سرايا وغزوات، فما من غزوة أو سرية إلا وفيها حكمة عسكرية جعلت المسلمين من بعده قادة عظماء، سكروا بسيوفهم إضافة إلى فكرهم العسكري مبادئ حربية جعلت من قادة الغرب ينهلون منها ما طاب لهم.
ويأتي عرض هذا الكتاب في ستة عشر فصلاً وقد قسمت ضمنياً إلى ثلاثة أقسام: الفسم الأول: وهو بمثابة تمهيد لهذا البحث من خلال الفصل الأول والثاني منه وقد اشتمل على تعريف للحرب وأصنافها وشروط الحرب العادلة وقواعد الجهاد وكذلك تعريف لمبادئ الحرب وكيف تطورت ومجمل ما طبقه العرب المسلمون منها.
أما القسم الثاني فهو تفصيل لهذه المبادئ وقد اشتمل على اثني عشر فصلاً (من الفصل الثالث وحتى الفصل الرابع عشر)، وقد جعل لكل مبدأ فصلاً مستقلاً ولا يعني ذلك أن مبادئ الحرب منفصلة -كل مبدأ مستقل بذاته عن غيره- بل إن هذه المبادئ تتداخل فيما بينها بحيث أنه يأتي تطبيق مبدأ منها بعد تطبيق غيره أو من خلاله.
وفي القسم الثالث حديث عن اهتمام الخلفاء المسلمين واعترافات قادة الغرب والمستشرقين بهذه المبادئ مدار البحث، وبعد الخاتمة تم وضع قائمة بأهم المصادر والمراجع مرتبة حسب الحروف الهجائية لأسمائها.
