يقول العبدُ الفقيرُ إلى الله سبحانه، الرَّاجي عفوه وغفرانه، عبد القادر بن حسان بن أحمد بن علي بن محمد الجودي مغربي الحسني الدمشقي: هذه صلوات طيبات مباركات، عظيمةُ الأجور والمثوبات، تُمْحا بها السيئات، وتنمو بها الحسنات، وترفع بها الدَّرجاتُ، وتُقضَى بها الحاجاتُ، جمعْتُهَا مَحَبَّةً في سيِّدِ السَّادَاتِ ومَنْبَع الكمالات، وباب الهدايات، وكنز العنايات، وبحر الإفادات، ومظهر السعادات، صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وأصحابه القادات، فمنها ما تُوجب محبَّة سيد السادات، ومنها ما تكونُ كفارةً لمن استغرق عمره في الذنوب المُهلكات، ومنها ما ترفع العبد أعلى الرتب والمقامات، ومنها ما تطهر القلبَ بأسرعِ اللحظات، ومنها ما تثمر رؤياه في المنام حسبما نصَّ على ذلك الأئمة الثقاتُ، ومنها ما قيل في الواحدة منها بمثابة عشرة آلاف صلاةٍ معدوداتٍ، ومنها ما يبرُّ المصلي بها لو حلف ليصليَّن على النبي بأفضل الكيفيَّات، وقد افتتحتها بدعواتٍ مباركاتٍ وإستغفارات مأثورات لمحوِ الأوزار والخطيئات وأتبعتها بأسمائه الشريفة مُتتابعاتٍ، وختمتها بما بدأت به طمعاً في تحصيل أشرفِ العبادات، فجاءت بحمد الله كاملة الذات والصفات، ونافعةً في الحياة قبل الممات، وآخذةً باليد في العرصات، ومنقذةً من الزَّلاَتِ، ومبلغةً أقصى الغايات، ففيها إن شاء الله تعالى غنية عن كثير من التآليف المُطولات والمختصرات، حاشا دلائل الخيرات فله السبق والقبول في كل الحالات، وأنى لعبد مسكين مثلي جعبته المعاصي والويلات أن يجاري أهل الفضل والكمالات بل أرباب الكرامات والمقامات، وقد سميته: (الياقوت والدُّررُ في ذكر الصلاة والسَّلام على سيد البشر صلى الله عليه وسلم) سائلاً المولى سبحانه أن يجعله عنده من المقبولين.
