ولقد تم تقسيم هذا الكتاب إلى ما الفصول التالية: الفصل الأول: ماهية إدارة المعرفة، الفصل الثاني: مجتمع المعرفة، الفصل الثالث: العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وإدارة الموارد البشرية، الفصل الرابع: المعلومات (النشأة - المفهوم - المكونات - الأنواع - المصادر)، الفصل الخامس: تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات، الفصل السادس: نظم المعلومات الإدارية، الفصل السابع: التعليم والتدريب، الفصل الثامن: الإدارة الإلكترونية ونظام إدارة المحتوى الإلكتروني، الفصل التاسع: العولمة (المفهوم - النشأة - الوسائل الأبعاد - الأهداف).
