Book Description
إنَ الله تعالى وفَق للسنَة المطهرة حفاظاً عارفين، وجهابذةً عالمين، وصيارفة ناقدين، فتنوعوا في تصنيفها، وتفنَنوا في تدوينها، على أنحاء كثيرة، وضروب عديدة، حرصاً على حفظها، وخوفاً من إضاعتها.
وكان من أحسنها تصنيفاً، وأجودها تأليفاً، وأحسنها قبولاً عند الموافق والمخالف، وأجلَها موقعاً عند الخاصة والعامة، "صحيح" أبي عبد الله محمد بن إسماعيل البخاري، ثم "صحيح" أبي الحسين مسلم بن الحجاج النيسابوري. وما هذه المنزلة الرفيعة التي تبوأها هذان الكتابان إلا لإقتصارهما على الصحيح دون سواة، غير أنَهما لم يستوعبا الصحيح من الآثار، ولا إلتزاماً ذلك أصلاً.
وبقاء عدد كبير من الأحاديث الصحيحة خارج "الصحيحين" حرَك همة الحفاظ إلى جمعها وإستيعابها والتصنيف فيها، فكان ألَف ابن خزيمة "صحيحة"، وتبعه تلميذه ابن حبان، فألَف صحيحه المسمي بـ"التقاسيم" والأنواع"، ثم ألَف تلميذه الحاكم "مستدركه على الصحيحين".
وشرط هؤلاء كما هو ظاهر رواية الصحيح من الحديث، على تفاوت بينهم في التزام الصحيح المجرَد.
يأتي في هذا الكتاب حيث التعريف بشخصية ابن حبان، وسيرته، وحياته العلمية، ومدى تمكنه من علوم الحديث، ثم سبر صحيحه من خلال شروطه ومناقشتها وأقوال الأئمة فيها، إلى آخر ما يتعلق به.
