هذا، وقد تضمنت الموسوعة ورقتي عمل للمؤلف من مؤتمر بجنيف عن حقوق الإنسان الأولى بعنوان: "حقوق غير المسلم في المجتمع الإسلامي"، والورقة الثانية بعنوان: "حق المشاركة السياسية: البيعة والشورى" . وعليه، فإن محتويات هذه الموسوعة ليست إلا أطروحات فكرية تحتوي إضافات جديدة لمسألة حقوق الإنسان، وبالتحديد "بيان حقوق الإنسان في الإسلام وما يتوافق معه من الحقوق".
