... لقد تأكد بما لا يقبل الشك أن العسل من العقاقير الناجعة لكثير من الأمراض، وقد أنشئت مراكز ومشافٍ تعالج بالعسل وبمنتجاته حتى في الدول التي كانت تعتنق الإلحاد وتفرضه على شعوبها بالحديد والنار - أي المعسكر الشيوعي - وهذا يجعلنا في يقين تام لا تشوبه شائبة أن القرآن الكريم كتاب الله الخالد لا يأتيه الباطل من بين يديه ولا من خلفه وهو الذي جاء فيه بصورة قاطعة أن العسل فيه شفاء للناس بصيغة التنكير ولم يقل أن فيه كلَّ الشفاء: ﴿ وَأَوْحَى رَبُّكَ إِلَى النَّحْلِ أَنْ اتَّخِذِي مِنْ الْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا وَمِنْ الشَّجَرِ وَمِمَّا يَعْرِشُونَ(68)ثُمَّ كُلِي مِنْ كُلِّ الثَّمَرَاتِ فَاسْلُكِي سُبُلَ رَبِّكِ ذُلُلًا يَخْرُجُ مِنْ بُطُونِهَا شَرَابٌ مُخْتَلِفٌ أَلْوَانُهُ فِيهِ شِفَاءٌ لِلنَّاسِ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَةً لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ ﴾... [سورة النحل: آية 68- 69].
وقد تضمن الكتاب بحوثاً وتجارب وإنجازات أودعها المؤلف في كتابه هذا أثبتت نجاعتها وتحقق الشفاء فيها بإذن الله تعالى.
