عبد الرحمن عبد الرحمن سيد أحمد البرقوقي، المعروف ﺑ «عبد الرحمن البرقوقي»: أديب وناقد مصري، ولد بمحافظة الغربية عام ١٨٧٦م، تعلَّم في الأزهر الشريف، ودرس على يد الشيخ المرصفي، كما استفاد من دروس الإمام محمد عبده. أصدر بحُرِّ مالهِ مجلةً شهرية سُميت بمجلة «البيان»، وكان يكتب بها العديد من عمالقة الأدب أمثال العقاد والمازني وشكري وغيرهم. وللبرقوقي العديد من المؤلفات؛ منها «شرح ديوان المتنبي» و«شرح ديوان حسان». وقد توفي عام ١٩٤٤م.
Book Description
اعتبر هذا الكتاب يتيماً كالابن الذي يظهر في الحياة بعد وفاة أبيه، وذلك أنه فقد عناية مؤلفه بعد إتمامه لتأليفه، وقبل إتمام طبعه وظهوره، ولا غرو فقد أخذ من مجهود المؤلف وعصارة أفكاره وخلاصة تجاربه ونتائج إطلاعه في سنة الناضجة بعد إحالته على المعاش ما جعل الموت يختطفه وهو في أتم صحته رغم تقدم سنه.
وبالعودة لمضمون كتابه هذا نجد أنه قد جاء محتوياُ بين دفتيه كل ما قيل عن المرأة من أقوال البلغاء، والمستجاد من نظم الشعراء وما نطق به الفلاسفة والحكماء، وما ورد في القرآن الكريم، أو يسمع من أحاديث الرسول العظيم صلى الله عليه وسلم. وقد جمع المؤلف فأوعى، ولم يترك شاردة ولا واردة إلا أحصاها، وجعلها في الموضع اللائق بها، وتجد فيه وصف المرأة من حيث مركزها وجمالها وملامحها، وخلقها وفتنتها، بل وقبحها، وما جاء في خلقهن من وصف الكيد والمكر، والزهو والبخل، والحياء والخفر، وأحكام الزواج والطلاق، والغيرة والتديث، وما إلى ذلك من النواحي المختلفة لدراسة المرأة، فلا غرو أن جاء بعد ترتيب أبوابه، وشرح الغامض من كلامه، والمبهم من عباراته، آية في البلاغة ومرجعاً للأدباء والمتأدبين وسلوة العاشقين، والمستشار الأمين للراغبين في الزواج.
فلا غرو إذا كان هذا الكتاب للجميع يقرؤه الرجل ليعرف شريكة حياته، وتقرأه المرأة لتعرف شريكها فيها، وإذا كانت الحياة نتيجة تفاهم كانت حياة سعيدة للجميع، وبالنظر لأهمية هذا الكتاب اعتنى "بسام عبد الوهاب الجابي" بتحقيقه، وبضبط متنه وكذلك أشعاره، وحاول إلى حد ما الإشارة إلى مخارجها، كل ذلك في سبيل تيسير تناول الكتاب والاستفادة منه، لغوياً وأدبياً وظرافة ومتعة.
