إستناداً إلى ما تقدم ذكره نسج المؤلف خيوط نظريته عبر تأملاته في طرق التفكير ومناهج الإستدلال والمنطق وخرج إلينا بفصول تكشف تباعاً عن أهمية في ماهية المعرفة وآلة الإدراك وترتيب جميع العلوم على المسائل المهمة في هذا المجال ، والتي تعرف البحوث فيها بـ ( نظرية المعرفة ) كما عرض للأسس الفلسفية لنظرية الإنسجام ... ومن أهمها بساطة النفس وانسجامها مع الواقع البسيط ، وعلاقة النفس بالمعرفة وبالوجود ، وأن نظرية الإنسجام هي نتيجة طبيعية لربط الفلسفة بالمنطق وثمرة لبحوث سابقة كثيرة ساهمت في إثرائها . كما تضمنت نظرية المؤلف عرضاً لمبادىء الدليل القياسي الأرسطي المألوف ، وتطرق إلى أن القياس ينتج الأحكام الخاصة بالجزئيات من الإتكاء على الكليات .. وعرض أيضاً لمشكلة القياس مع المواضيع المركبة ... وناقش العلاقة بين التصور والتصديق ، وقال أن قضية استحالة اجتماع النقيضين ليست هي أساس المعرفة لصعوبة ارتباطها بالنفس البسيطة وصعوبات أخرى ... ووضع ملاحظات هامة على المنطق الرسطي ... جديرة بالمناقشة والقراءة ...
