نجد أن علم النفس التحليلي يعتبر الأنا هو منطقة من الجهاز النفسي .. وأنَّ أفضل من يستخدم " أنا " هو ذلك الشخص الذي يعرف متى ولماذا وأين يقول " أنا ".. والتي هي كافية لجعل من أمامك يحبك ، يقتنع بكلامك، يصدقك، يجدك مغروراً أو العكس تماماً.
أما في المفهوم الفلسفي، ونجد "الأنا" أساس الفلسفة الأوروبية الحديثة التي تعتبر أنَّ الإنسان ذاتٌ في مقابل العالم .. ومن هنا مقولة الفيلسوف الفرنسي " أنا أفكر إذن أنا موجود " .. أي أنَّ إنّيّتَهُ تكمن في النفس أو الأنا المفكر.
قصائد تحاكي اللاوعي في ظرف أو حالة شعرية، يجد القارئ نفسه في أناي .. لأن التماثل بين الأنا والآخر قد تكون من جهة الخصائص الإنسانية والثقافية المشتركة لدى الأفراد والمجتمعات… كما قد يكون في المقابل التباين من جهة الخصائص الفردية على الصعيد النفسي ، الإجتماعي أو الفكري ..
