عن فضائل السيدة فاطمة الزهراء يجمع الشيخ بإسم مكداش مخطوطتين هامتين في كتاب واحد (الأولى) "فضائل فاطمة الزهراء" للإمام الحافظ أبي عبد الله الحاكم النيسابوري وفيها أحاديث بالتواتر عن أئمة أهل البيت عليهم السلام في مقابل ما جاء عند أهل السَنة كما في "المسند" و"المستدرك" و"الصيحيح" و"الإستيعاب". أما عن المخطوطة الثانية فهي "رسالة في تفصيل السيدة فاطمة الزهراء على نساء العالمين" للسيد عبد العزيز ابن الصديق الحسني الفماري مع نص من كتاب فضائل فاطمة الزهراء للحاكم النيسابوري. وهي في مضمونها أحاديث وردت عن أهل بيت النبوة على لسان النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) مثل حديث النبي عليه السلام لعائشة: "يا فاطمة، ألا ترضين أن تكون سيدة نساء العالمين، وسيدة نساء هذه الأمة، وسيدة نساء المؤمنين" إلى آخر ذلم من أحاديث للفريقين في فضائل تلك السيدة العظيمة...
من عناوين الكتاب نذكر: نسبة الكتاب للإمام ابي عبد الله الحاكم، في فضائل أهل البيت على العموم، في مناقب... فلطمة الزهراء رضي الله عنها، إدعاء بعض الفقهاء أن علياً كان لا يحفظ القرآن...إلخ.
