Book Description
كتاب الإلمام في الأصل، صنفه العلامة الحافظ أبو الفتح تقي الدين بن دقيق العيد (ت 704هـ). جمع فيه متون الأحاديث المتعلقة بالأحكام مجردة من الأسانيد، وقصد منه فائدة المبتدئين والفقهاء على حد سواء. وأما كتاب الاهتمام هذا فقد صنفه الإمام الحافظ قطب الدين عبد الكريم بن منير الحلبي فهو مختصر لكتاب الإلمام حذف منه مؤلفه بعض التابعين وما زاد في النسب والسند تسهيلاً على طالبي علم الحديث ولعدم الإكثار عليهم بحفظ الأسانيد. وقد بذل المحقق جهداً كبيراً ف إخراج هذا الكتاب إذ عمد إلى نسخ الكتاب عن نسخته المخطوطة المحفوظة بدار الكتب المصرية وقابل المنسوخ على المخطوط، وخرج الأحاديث وضبط الألفاظ المشكلة وأنهى عمله بوضع فهرس لأطراف أحاديث الأحكام.
