لا يماري اثنان في أن سيدنا محمداً صلى الله عليه وسلم رسول الله بعثه بالحق هادياً ومبشراً ونذيراً، وقد اصطفاه على بني آدم وأمده بنصره وتأييده. فلم يغادر دنيا الغناء إلا وقد أتم الله نعمته وأكمل دينه، فعم الإسلام بقاع الأرض ورفعت في أرجائها راية لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله. ومعالم صدقه ونبوءته صلى الله عليه وسلم أكثر من أن تعد أو تحصى، فهي ظاهرة لمن شفى الله قلبه، لكن أعداء الله أبوا إلا إثارة الشبهات حول شخصية الرسول الكريم مستغلين ضعف الأمم وتمزق حالها وتشتت أبنائها وبعدهم عن الأخذ بكتاب الله وسنة ورسوله.
وقد انبرى علماء الأمة المجتهدون في الرد على الشبهات مبينين أوجه الحق، مقحمين خصومهم بشواهد من القرآن والكتب السماوية وأدلة إعجازية لا تتأتى إلا لمن اصطفاه الله وأيده بروح منه وقد اختارت مؤلفة هذا الكتاب السير على نهج هؤلاء العلماء الأخيار فعمدت إلى وضع دراستها لتكون عوناً للمسلمين في دعوتهم إلى الله ويكون فيها تذكيراً لهم بما في القرآن من معجزات بينات دالات على عظمة النبوة.
وقد ارتأت أن يتشعب بحثها إلى أربعة أبواب عرضت في الباب الأول لبشارات الكتب السابقة التي اشتملت على نصوص تدل دلالة صريحة على اسم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وصفته وزمنه ومهاجره وغير ذلك من أخباره وأما الباب الثاني فهو لذكر معجزات رسو الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
وقد كانت معجزته صلى الله عليه وسلم لغوية بيانية غاية في الفصاحة والبلاغة وهي القرآن الكريم ومناسبة لحال العرب الذين اشتهروا بفصاحة القول وبلاغة الكلمة وتذوق الكلام. وعرضت الباحثة في الباب الثالث قرائن أحواله صلى الله عليه وسلم الدالة على نبوته إذ تدل أحواله وسيرته الشريفة على صدقه في دعواه النبوة. أما الباب الرابع فهو مخصص للكلام على الشبهات حول صدق النبوة المحمدية التي أوردها المنكرون لنبوة الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم والجاحدون بأن القرآن وحي من عند الله سبحانه وتعالى وأن رسول الله ليس إلا مبلغاً أميناً من ربه.
