إعْلم أنَّ العلومَ المدوَّنَةَ المصنّفَةَ، والمعارف المحرَّرَة المؤلّفة، على نَوْعَيْن - النوع الأول - مَا دَوَّنَهُ المتشرعةُ لبيَان ألفاظِ القرآن الكريم، البَاهِر البُرهان، والآثار السَّنَيَّةِ النَّبَويَّةِ لفظاً وإسناداً أو لإظهار ما قُصد بالقرآن الكريم من التفسير والتأويل، أو لإثبات ما يُستفادُ منهُما أغني الإحكام الأصليةَ الإعتقادية، أو الأحكام الفرعية العمليَّة، أو تعيين ما يُتوصَّلُ به من الأصول في إستنباط تلك الفروع الفقهيَّة، أو ما دُوِّنَ لمَدْخَليَّتِهِ في إستخراج المعاني من الكتاب والسنّة.
أعْني الفنونَ الأدبيَّة - النوع الثاني - ما دوَّنُه الفلاسفةُ لتَحقْيق الأشياء كما هي وكيفيَّة العمل على وفْق عُقولهم فلذلك رتَّبنا الكلامَ على فاصلتين.
