Book Description
إنَّ محور الإهتمام في مجال القياس والتقويم هو نتائج العمل التعليمي، غير أنَّ كلًّا منهما يتناول هذه النتائج في حدود الوظيفة المناطة به.
فالقياس - كما هو معلوم - يُعنى بوصف النتائج، وإعطاء تقديرات كميَّة للسلوك المقاس، ويتضمَّن إهتماماً بالوسائل بغض النظر عن قيمة ما يوصف.
في حين يُعنى التقويم بالحكم على قيمة النتائج، وإعطاء تقديرات نوعية للسلوك المقاس، ويتضمَّن إهتماماً بالمعايير، وبمدى صلاحيتها، ووسائل تطبيقها، وتقدير أثرها.
فالقياس يمثِّل حجر الزاوية في عملية التقويم، غير أنَّ الإقتصار على معطياته وحدها لا يكفي؛ نظراً لأنَّ معرفة النتائج بدقَّة وموضوعية من غير تقدير لقيمتها لا يغني شيئاً.
ولكن إذا فُسِّرت تلك النتائج، وقدِّرت قيمتها في ضوء معايير محدَّدة، واتُّخذت نتائج هذا التقويم كأساس لمساعدة التلاميذ على النموِّ، وكأساس لتحسين العمل التربوي، ورفع سويَّة العملية التعليمية / التعلُّمية، فإنَّها تصبح ذات فائدة كبيرة، وهذا ما تضطلع به عملية التقويم.
وبالنسبة لعملية التقويم، فإنَّها تعدُّ إحدى مهماتٍ أربع رئيسة، ينبغي على المعلم أن يقوم بها، إذا ما أراد أن يؤدي دوره كمنظِّم لتعلُّم تلاميذه على نحو سليم، وهذه المهمات هي:
- التأكُّد من إستعداد التلاميذ للتعلُّم.
- تحديد الأهداف التعليمية على شكل صيغ سلوكية، أو نتاجات تعلُّمية يُنتظر من التلاميذ أن يحقِّقوها، وتخطيط خبرات تعلُّمية ملائمة.
- إستثارة دوافع التلاميذ.
