من هنا، وجد المؤلف أنه من الضروري أن يقف مع الشباب في هذه المرحلة، وأن يفهم ما يشعرون به ويريدون الوصول إليه وإرشادهم إلى الطريق الصحيح، لذلك ضمن هذا الكتاب مجموعة من المداخلات من أساتذة الجامعة أو من الطلبة والطالبات من أجل إثراء الموضوع والخروج بنتيجة جيدة، حيث يشير المؤلف أنه كان يجيب عن أسئلة الطلبة في كل ما يشغلهم، لذلك جاءت مواضيع هذا الكتاب مطعمة بالمادة العلمية تارة والعاطفية تارة أخرى، ولا سيما في المرحلة الجامعية، حيث البحث عن النصف الآخر، وأثر الإهمال الأسري للإنجرار وراء علاقات عاطفية غير مسؤولة.
وعليه، يستعرض الكتاب قصص من الواقع ويقوم المؤلف بمناقشتها وإبداء الرأي فيها، للقول: "أن الحب الحقيقي... هو أن تزرع في طريق من تحبهم وردة حمراء... وتزرع في خيالهم حكاية جميلة... وتزرع في قلوبهم نبضات صادقة".
