خص الله تعالى القرآن الكريم بعناية لم تحظ بها باقي الكتب السماوية (التوراة والإنجيل)، وتعهد بحفظه مماتعرضا إليه من تغيير، أو تبديل، أو تحريف؛ حتى لا يدخله الباطل قال تعالى:(إِنَّا نَحْنُ نَزَّلْنَا الذِّكْرَ وَإِنَّا لَهُ لَحَافِظُونَ)، [سورة الحجر، الآية:9].
يعد القرآن الكريم مصدرا من مصادر المعرفة الإسلامية؛ لذا انصب اهتمام العلماء والفقهاء بالقرآن الكريم، وانكبوا على إصدار مجموعة من الأبحاث التي تهتم بعلومه، وتهدف إلى الغوص في خباياه،واستكناه مضامينه، ودراسته دراسة مستفيضة.
وفي هذا الإطار، قام مجموعة من الباحثين الأكاديميين، بإنجاز هذا الكتاب الذي يحمل عنوان:مقاربات قرآنية،والذي كان ثمرة لمجهوداتهم، وقد استلزم إخراج هذا المؤلف إلى حيز الوجود دراسة القرآن الكريم من الناحية البلاغية، باعتبار أن اللغة العربية هي لغته؛ لقوله تعالى:(إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ قُرْآنًا عَرَبِيًّا لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ)، [سورة يوسف، الآية:2]، ومنطلقاً لاكتشاف أعماق اللغة التعبيرية، ووسيلة إثرائها بالخوض في علومه،ولاسيما إعجازه، من خلال آيات التحدّي الكثيرة، والتي تضمنتها عدّة مواضع، وبيان أنواع الدلالة التي أسهمت في توجيه التأويللدى الزمخشري، والتي استقاها من مذهبه الاعتزالي الذي ظل وفيا في الدفاع عنه.كما سنبرز من خلال هذه الدراسة العلاقة التي تجمع التشريع الوضعي المغربي بالقرآن،على أساس أنه مصدر من المصادر الرسمية للقانون المغربي.
