وأصبحت سياسة استخدام القوة والحروب الاستباقية وغيرها من المبادئ الجديدة التي بدأت تظهر في ظل العولمة وثورة المعلومات والتطورات الدولية لها رد فعلها لدى الشعوب الأخرى. وعلى رأسها شعوب منطقتنا. وما هذه الصفحات إلا تساؤلات عما يحدث من حولنا مما يعرض مصالحنا وشعوبنا لكثير من المخاطر في ظل هذه السياسات الجديدة بعد أن أصبحت دولنا مستهدفة وأصبح قيمنا وعقائدنا محل تساؤل وضغوط متتالية.
فمستقبل شعوبنا أصبح في نهاية المطاف رهنًا بالصراع بين قيمنا وتاريخنا والهيمنة الواردة إلينا مع سيطرة القطب الأوحد على الساحة الدولية.
