إن إزالة الإشكالات عن العلوم؛ من أهم ركائز التأصيل لأيِّ علم؛ وذلك دفعاً للظنون والأوهام عن مسائله، وتقويةً للثقة بما يتضمنه من معطيات معرفية، ولأنه من المهم تحرير مباحث مقاصد الشريعة تحريراً قائماً على مراعاة شروط التأصيل الشرعي التطبيقي والمنهجي، سداً لباب التوظيف الغلط، ومنعاً لإستغلال كلام العلماء المذكور في المقاصد لأغراض سيئة تعود على ثوابت الشريعة بالنقض والهدم والتشكيك.
ولأن تصفية مباحث المقاصد من المسائل غير المنضبطة والغامضة والمبهمة وغير المحددة التي لا تصلح لأن تُبنى عليها الأحكام الشرعية؛ أمرٌ تقتضيه ضرورة مواجهة موجة التساهل المقاصدي غير المؤصل التي نراها الآن، فضلاً عن حاجة الدرس المقاصدي المعاصر إلى عدم التسليم لكل ما هو موجود في الطرح المقاصدي، وإنما ينبغي أن تستمر عمليات وزنه ومراجعته بالأدوات النقدية.
تأتي هذه الأطروحة الجامعية، التي ينشرها مركز نماء، والتي يسعى من خلالها المؤلف لمحاولة تفعيل مباحث المقاصد وتحويلها من أفكار نظرية إلى واقع ملموس، وإلى تقليص الفجوة بين مسار الإهتمام بالنصوص ومجال المقاصد، حيث بدأت الهوة تتسع بين هذين المسارين، ويقرن سعيه هذا يسعي آخر لترشيد البحث المقاصدي وتجنبيه مزالق النظر والإستدلال.
