هذا الموضوع والذي بعنوان "الإتصال داخل المؤسسة - دراسة حالة مؤسسة AMC العلمة" - وهي مؤسسة وطنية لصناعة أجهزة القياس والمراقبة وحاولنا أن نلم بكل ما هو نظري في هذا المجال وأيضاً تطبيقي لمعرفة حالة الإتصال الداخلي وخلية الإتصال والقائمون بالإتصال على مستوى المؤسسة، ومن هذا قسمنا دراستنا إلى خمسة فصول كالآتي: الفصل الأول: الإطار المنهجي للدراسة الذي يتعلق بإشكالية الدراسة وأهميتها وأهدافها وأيضاً بالمنهج والأسلوب وأداة الدراسة ومجتمع الدراسة وتحديد المفاهيم الأساسية للدراسة.
الفصل الثاني: وفيه تعرضنا إلى لمحة موجزة عن الإتصال بصفة عامة، الفصل الثالث: تطرقنا فيه إلى الإتصال الداخلي على مستوى المؤسسة وكل ما يتعلق بمبادئه وأهدافه، أنواعه، وسائله وأنظمته، وأيضاً إستراتيجية الإتصال داخل المؤسسة وشبكات ومعوقات الإتصال الداخلي.
الفصل الرابع: ويتعلق بالقائم بالإتصال داخل المؤسسة وتعرضنا فيه إلى تعريفه ومهامه وخصائصه والمهارات التي وجب أن يحوز عليها، الفصل الخامس: ويتعلق بالدراسة التطبيقية وفي تكلمنا عن لمحة عن المؤسسة موضوع دراستنا، وقمنا بعرض وتحليل نتائج الإستبيان وأخيراً النتائج المستخلصة والتوصيات المقترحة.
