" مراقي المجد ، لآيات السعد " ؛ للإمام الكبي ، الموسوعي : أبي العباس أحمد بن علي بن عبد الرحمن المنجور المكناسي ثم الفاسي المتوفى ، عام 995 للهجرة ؛ هو من جملة الكتب التي اعتنت بالجانب البلاغي من القرآن الكريم ، وقد بنى المؤلف كتابه هذا على كتاب سعد الدين التفتازاني المتوفي سنة 792ه ، الذي شرح به " تلخيص المفتاح " لجلال الدين محمد عبد الرحمن القزويني ، المتوفي عام 739ه ، لخص به كتاب " مفتاح العلوم " لأبي يعقوب السكاكي ؛ المتوفي عام 626ه .
وموضوع هذا الكتاب هو : علوم البلاغة والبيان ، إذ يتحدث عن علم المعاني في البلاغة العربية ، ولكنه درسه بطريقة أخرى ؛ وهي : أن يفرد كلامه على آيات القرآن الكريم ، وما استشهد بها عليه ، واستنبطه بالمأخذ العكسي منها ، مما هو من بنيات أفكار السعد التفتازاني ، ولا يكاد يوجد في غيره من الكتب التي اعتنت ببلاغة القرآن الكريم وبيانه . فاستخرج تلك الآيات وشروحها من الكتاب ، ورتبها على ترتيب القرآن الكريم ، مع التنبيه على مواضعها في الأصل ، ثم أضاف إليها من كلام السعد التفتازاني في غير ذلك من كتبه ، ما هو أوضح وأيسر للقارىء ...
وعلى هذا ، فهو كتاب تفسير للقرآن بامتياز ، من قبيل التفسير البلاغي للقرآن الكريم وبيان ، وكتاب إستنباط وإمعان ، يمكن اعتباره من درر مؤلفات أعلام المغرب في القرن العاشر الهجري ، وكيف لا ؛ ومؤلفه أحد أئمة مدينة فاس المرموقين الذين جمعوا سائر العلوم ؛ إضافة إلى الورع والصلاح ، والصدق في التوجه إلى الله .
