Book Description
هذه الشعبة من شعب الإيمان موسومة بطاعة أولي الأمر, والتمسك بالجماعة, قال تعالى: (يا أيها الذين أمنوا أطيعوا الله وأطيعوا الرسول وأولي الأمر منكم فإن تنازعتم في شيء فردوه إلى الله والرسول), أمر الله تعالى بطاعته جل وعز, وهي امتثال أمره واجتناب نهيه, وطاعته شرعه الذي شرعه وأنزله, ثم أمر بطاعة رسوله صلى الله عليه وسلم مبلغ الشريعة والحاكم بها, إذ طاعة الرسول مساوية لطاعة الله لأن الرسول هو المبلغ من الله فلا يتلقى أمر الله إلا منه, وهو منفذ أمر الله بنفسه فطاعته طاعة تلقٍ وطاعة امتثال لأنه مبلغ ومنفذ بخلاف أولي الأمر فإنهم منفذون لما بلغه الرسول فطاعتهم طاعة امتثال خاصة. وأولوا الأمر من الأمة ومن القوم هم الذين يسند الناس إليهم تدبير شؤونهم, ويعتمدون في ذلك عليهم فيصير الأمر كأنه من خصائصهم فلذلك يقال لهم: ذوو الأمر. وأولي الأمر في نظر الشريعة طائفة معينة وهم قدوة الأمة وأمناؤها, فتلك الصفة تثبت لهم بطرق شرعية لأن أمور الإسلام لا تخرج عن الدائرة الشرعية.
