بما أن مدار معرفة الله تعالى وأساسها عند السادة الصوفية هو ما أرسلت به الرسل عليهم الصلاة والسلام، من حقائق وأسرار وشرائع ربانية، حرصنا على إصدار كتاب "فصوص الحكم" للشيخ الأكبر أبي بكر محمد بن علي الملقب بمحيي الدين ابن عربي الحاتمي المتوفى سنة 638 هجرية، 1240 ميلادية.
ولصعوبة هذا الكتاب وإنغلاق فهم معناه على الصوفية المريدين سالكي طريق معرفة الله تعالى، عمد المشايخ الكُمَّل إلى وضع الشروح عليه، ومن هذه الشرح شرح الشيخ محمد صالح الكاتب المعروف بيازجي زاده أوغلو المتوفى سنة 855 هجرية.
وأصل الكتاب مخطوط عثرنا عليه من وزارة الثقافة التركية وهو من مكتبة مدينة منيسة العامة مجموعة زينل زاده ويقع المخطوط في مئة وأربع وأربعين ورقة من قياس 200 × 133مم وتحوي كل ورقة على واحد وعشرين سطراً مكتوبين بخط نستعليق عربي.
وتكمن أهمية هذا الكتاب بأن مؤلفه من مشايخ الطريقة البيرامية المعروف بتبحره بالشريعة والحقيقة، الفقه والتصوف، لذا فإننا نجده قد أجاب عن كثير من المسائل الصوفية المنسوبة للشيخ الأكبر والتي يخالف ظاهرها الشريعة المطهرة كما أوضح الكثير من العبارات المغلقة معانيها عن الفهم.
