اعتمدنا فيها بفضل الله على خبرتنا التى اكتسبناها من ممارساتنا التربوية ومن تدريب المربين وممارساتهم ومن خلاصة الكتب العالمية والمواقع الالكترونية.
وقمنا بترتيب الأبواب بشكل منطقى حسب تعاملاتنا مع الأبناء حيث يبدأ ب [تشكيل الطفل] فكان عنوان الباب الأول, ويتم هذا من خلال [التوجيه والتعليم] فكان عنوان الباب الثاني, ويكون لهذا أسلوب خاص في [التخاطب مع الأطفال] ليأتى بثمرته فكان هذا عنوان الباب الثالث.
وأثناء التطبيق تظهر الأخطاء السلوكية التى تحتاج إلى [فن تعديل السلوك] فكان عنوان الباب الرابع, ولا يتأتى ذلك كله إلا بمعرفتك أخي المربي [كيف تسعد أبناءك] فكان هذا عنوان الباب الخامس, وكأي شيء نتعامل معه لابد أن نعرف كنهه أو الكاتالوج الذي يحمل مفاتيحه فكان [كتالوج الطفل] هو عنوان الباب السادس.
ولا تتم الاستفادة بهذا الكتالوج إلا من خلال المربى المتميز فكان [الطريق نحو التميز] هو عنوان الباب السابع, وتقف بعض العقبات عائقا أما نجاح العملية التربوية, ولذا فكان [معوقات يجب التخلص منها] عنوان الباب الأخير من هذا الكتاب.
وستجد أخى المربي المادة فى هذا الكتاب مدعومة [بالقصص الواقعية] فى حياتنا وبالأمثلة والنماذج التى قابلناها عيانا ليكون ذلك أدعى للقبول والتحقيق بعيدا عن المثالية والجوانب النظرية التى لا تمت للواقع بصلة, وفى كتابنا أخي المربي لكل باب [تمهيدا] فى افتتاحيته يهيئك للدخول إليه [وخلاصة] في نهاية توجز محتواه, وأما [التقويم] فى نهاية الباب فهو مرآتك تختبر من خلاله درجة استيعابك للمادة وما قد يكون فاتك أثناءها دون شعور منك.
