أما عن النزول إلى أرض الواقع والإحتاكك المبشر معه من خلال دراسة ميدانية فكان هو الدور الذى قدمه الدكتور (أحمد يوسف سعد) وذلك فى دراسة لجوانب القصور فى أحد المدارس الحكومية التابعة لإحدى الإدارات الفقيرة فى القاهرة. وفى عودة إلى الحق فى التعليم فى الوثائق وحقوقو الإنسان قدمت الدكتورة (إلهام عبد الحميد) والدكتور (محمد توفيق سلام) ما يتعلق بهذه الزوايا فى الجزء الخاص بكل منهما، وأخيراً وفى رؤى وتوجهات خاصة بمجتمعاتنا الإسلامية يقدم الدكتور (أيمن عيد) دراسته عن الحق فى التعليم فى مصدرى التشريع الإسلامي الكتاب والسنة.
