وجدت صندوقًا أنيقًا، كان من الواضح أن به هدية، وقد وضع على نفس المنضدة وعليه ورقة مكتوب عليها "خاص بالآنسة هند". توقفت أمامه وفي أثناء وقفتها، رفعت رأسها لتنظر عبر الزجاج، فوجدت الشاب وقد أسند جسده إلى شجرة موجودة أمام المطعم، جذبت طرف الرباط الذي يلف الصندوق وفتحته، مدت يدها إلى الداخل، وجدت ثلاث علب صغيرة، الأولى مكتوب عليها "دي عشان عيونك الحلوين" فتحتها، فوجدت بها نظارة شمسية، أمسكت الثانية التي كتب عليها "دي عشان أجمل وأرق إيد شفتها".
فتحتها، فوجدت بها خاتمًا ذهبيًا رقيقًا، أما الثالثة، أدهشها أنها لفافة متوسطة الحجم مكتوب عليها "أكيد هنحتاجه بعد ما نجيب نونو صغير" أدركت هند أنها ممسكة بحفاضة أطفال.. ارتج جسدها في رقة وهي تضحك نصف ضحكة مكتومة، ورفعت وجهها لتنظر إليه، فوجدته قد اختفى...
