يعرف الفصل الأول أنواع الإستخارة وأوقاتها وطرقها، والإستخارة المطلقة، والمفصلة، والإستخارة القلبية، والإستخارة بالقرآن الكريم. ويعرض الفصل الثاني القواعد الجفرية والزايرجة الهندسية والحسابات الفلكية فيبين معنى الجفر وكيفية الإستخراج من علم الجفر.
كما يعرض لما يسمى بالزايرجة الهندسية وجدول الحروف وأعدادها، وعلامات كسوف الشمس وعلامات خسوف القمر وغير ذلك من الأمور التي تستهوي الراغب.
