إن الكتاب فى الفقه بطريقة الضوابط أحد الوسائل العلمية لتبسيط المادة وتيسيرها على نحو دقيق وإن لم تكن تلك الطريقة بمستحدثة فقد أستخدمها كثير من الفقهاء الذين كتبوا فى القواعد الفقهية. فالضوابط الفقهية تقدم للقارئ والباحث فى موضوع واحد أحكامه فى فروعه المختلفة دون تفصيل أو إسهاب، أما القواعد الفقهية فتتسع لأكثر من موضوع الفقه، وأخرج لنا الفقهاء فى القواعد الفقهية العديد من المؤلفات مثل كتاب قواعد الأحكام للعز بن عبد السلام والقواعد الفقهية لابن حجر وابن رجب والكرخى وابن الساعاتى وغيرهم، والعقود الفقهية من أهم أبواب المعاملات الإسلامية والكتابى فيما بطريقة الضوابط قد تكون أكثر فائدة من غيرها، لذلك كان إهتمامى بمحاولة تقديم العقود على هذه الطريقة تيسيراً لها وجمعاً لمتفرقاتها وضبطاً لمسائلها. وذلك من خلال خطة بحث تتكون من فصل تمهيدى عن العقد، ثم فصلين: الأول منها (تكوين العقد)، والفصل الثانى (أقسام العقود).
