الذكرى فعلٌ لا يجرؤ على تحريكهِ سوى الذين يودّون البقاء على قيد الحياة، أظنُّ أنّ كل من خانتهم الذاكرة كانوا قد ارتكبوا بحقّها ذنب الخيانة، ولم يبذلوا في سبيلها سوى جُرم النسيان، لذا كما تُدين تُدان، وما يُبقينا على قيد هذه الحياة حفظ الأثر، فالتفاصيلُ التي تُداهمنا بين طيّات العمر، وتكون بحجم هذا الكون، هي التي تستحقّ أن تُكتب، ان تُروى، أن تُخلّد بشتّى الطرق، لذا ترانا نكتب دوماً لكي نحيا، فالكتابة حياةٌ وشكلٌ من أشكال الحريّة.
كلّ الذين اختاروا الكتابة كانوا أحراراً، شقّوا طريقهم بصعوبة الكلمة، لذا تجد أنفسنا نكتب عن أولئك المُتعبين من السهر، المثقلين بالحنين، الغارقين في الحبّ، العاجزين عن التعبير، نكتب لكي ننجوّ من عتمة البوح، لكي نحرّكَ ذلك الحنين الغافي، لكي نمثّل قصصَ الغرباء دون ذكر أسمائهم، نكتب لكي نعيد إلى أنفسنا ذكرى هزيلة، وصورة قديمة، قد تكاثر فوقها غبار الماضي، نكتب لنشفى من داء الكتمان، ومن إستعاراتٍ بلا عنوان، نكتب لنجد أنفسنا وتجدوا أنفسكم.
الجدّات أَولى بالحديثِ عن الماضي، عن القصص المفقودة وراء الزمن، لذا تراهم في جلسات ليالي الشتاء الطويلة يروين كلّ ما يملِكن من ثروةٍ في الذاكرة، بكلّ صبرِ وإمتنان، ويَحِكنَ لنا وشاحاً شتويّاً دافئاً، وقفّازاً سميكاً كي لا نمرضَ يوماً، ظنّاً منهنّ أن الصقيع هو السبب، ربما غفِلنَ عن داء الحبّ، الغياب والإشتياق، فتكون جلساتهنّ جديرةً بالحضورِ، كي نحفظَ ملامحنّ قبل أن تغدوَ معلّقة فوق الجدران.
