وفي الكتاب بيان مفهوم المال والملكية في اللغة وعند الفقهاء وأسباب تقسيم المال وأهمية هذا التقسيم بالنسبة للعقود والمعاملات بين الناس.
وفي الكتاب بيان المعاملات التي يصح العقد عليها شرعاً والمعاملات الفاسدة التي لا يجوز التعامل بها أو العقد عليها وأثر ذلك في الجوانب التطبيقية أو العملية في العقود المنهي عنها في الشريعة الإسلامية.
وفي الكتاب بيان للعقود الربوية الصحيحة والعقود الربوية الباطلة أو الفاسدة والآثار المرتبة علي ذلك في العقود المالية النقدية وغير النقدية بالنسبة للمتعاقدين.
وفي الكتاب كثير من القضايا العلمية والمباحث الفقهية التي لابد من العلم والمعرفة بها لكل طالب علم أو باحث في المعاملات المالية والتجارية في الشريعة الإسلامية.
