مما لا يخفى أن لطلب الفقه ودراسته مراتب ومراحل مختلفة تختلف بإختلاف المستويات، ولعل أول تلك المراحل هو دراسة كتاب (منهاج الصالحين)؛ فهو يبين للمكلف ما يجب عليه معرفته من أحكام أوجبها عليه تبارك وتعالى.
ومن بين تلك الرسائل العملية التي هي اليوم محل النظر في الدرس والتدريس كتاب منهاج الصالحين للإمام أبو القاسم الموسوي الخوئي، فهو وإن كان يعرض فيه آراءه الفقهية التي هي حجة على مقلديه لكن نظراً للمكانة العلمية لمؤلفه في كونه أستاذاً لجل الفقهاء المعاصرين وللدقة التي عرض فيها المسائل الفقهية فلهذا وذاك صار متناً درسياً في سائر الحوزات العلمية، هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى أن الرسائل العلمية لسائر الفقهاء قريبة منه من حيث اللغة، والعرض، وتسلسل المسائل، وإستخدام ذات المصطلحات.
فلذا كان لفهم كتاب (منهاج الصالحين) للسيد الخوئي النفع الكبير في فهم الرسائل العملية لسائر الفقهاء.
ولا يخفى على المطلع أن هذا الكتاب يشتمل على جملة من الإصطلاحات والرموز التي لا يتسنى لعامة المكلفين فضلاً عن كثير من الدارسين في أوائل دراستهم إدراكها إلا بالرجوع إلى من قضى في دراستها ومباحثتها ردحاً من الزمن، ونحن في هذه المحاولة نقدم توضيحاً لمصطلحاته وتبياناً لرموزه.
ونظراً لكثرة المصطلحات المبثوثة في هذا الكتاب المبارك جعلنا فهرست بتلك الإصطلاحات لتسهيل الرجوع إليها.
