يقص الله سبحانه وتعالى على نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم أحسن القصص في القرآن الكريم، ما بين قصص الأنبياء والسابقين والطغاة والمؤمنين، ومن أشهر هذه القصص قصة ملكة سبأ مع نبي الله سليمان عليه السلام وقد جاءت في أكثر من سورة في القرآن الكريم كما وردت في التوراة.. متفقة في بعض الأحيان ومختلفة في أخرى. ولأن هناك الكثير من الإسرائيليات شابت التفسير والقصص القرآني قام الأستاذ "أحمد ربيع عبد المنعم" بعمل دراسة يقارن فيها بين هذه القصة في القرآن الكريم والتوراة مع القياس بالادلة التاريخية ويبدأ بقصة داود عليه السلام بشكل موجز كتمهيد لتوريث المالك لسليمان عليه السلام مع الملكة "بلقيس" وفي جميع المواضع يقوم المؤلف بعرض الآيات من القرآن أو التوراة ثم يقوم بالشرح وطرح التساؤلات والإجابة عليها، مع الرد على الشبهات التى سوقها البعض عن هذه القصة في القرآن الكريم.. وبهذا يقدم المؤلف تلك القصة بعيدا عما لا يقبله العقل من التفسيرات والروايات.
