"الموجز في قانون الشركات التجارية" كتاب في القانون التجاري يسلط الضوء على المرجع الأساسي للشركات التجارية في لبنان الصادر بموجب المرسوم الإشتراعي رقم 304 تاريخ 24/ 12/ 1942 وتعديلاته التي أدخلت عليه ومنها استحداث أنواع جديدة من الشركات.
وفي الكتاب يشرع المؤلف في تناول قانون التجارة الحالي –زمن صدور الكتاب- وهو على هدة أنواع أو أشكال من الشركات التجارية وهي: "شركة التضامن"، "شركة التوصية البسيطة"، "شركة المحاصَة"، "الشركة المغفلة"، "شركة التوصية"، "الشركة المحدودة المسؤولية". مع الإشارة في الدراسة إلى وجوب التمييز بين نوعين من الشركات ألاَ وهما: الشركة المدنية والشركة التجارية. ذلك "إن القانون الذي يحكم الشركات المدنية مبين بالكامل في قانون الموجبات والعقود، في حين أن القانون الذي يرعى الشركات التجارية منصوص في أغلبه في قانون التجارة (42- 2ت.).
وفي الكتاب أيضاً يتناول المؤلف القواعد القانونية في "تأسيس الشركات" الآنفة الذكر أعلاه، وجزاء الإخلال بالقواعد، وانقضاء الشركة، ومسؤولية الأشخاص المتسببين بالبطلان، والحقوق المتصلة بالأسهم، وإصدار سندات القرض وشروطها، وحقوق حملة السندات، إلى آخر ذلك من مهام هيئة الإدارة في الشركات، ومفوضو المراقبة وصفتهم القانونية ومهامهم، وقواعد انعقاد الجمعيات العمومية... ويختتم بعرض (حالات) تعديل اللجان النيابية المشتركة ومجلس النواب في لبنان لشركات مهمة مثل "هولدنغ" و "الأوف شور" مع ملحق: النصوص القانونية.
