تحوى بين طياتها وثناياها المعنى الأصيل للمتعه .. الاثارة الفن وهي اللعبة المعشوقة للجميع رجال كبار ونساء أطفال صغار وشباب لاعبين .. مدربين .. إداريين .. متخصصين وهواة . فالجميع و لاشك يشتاق لهذه المحبوبة يهفو إليها ويدون منها ويتقرب ففى فرحها سعادته وفى مجرياتها ولتحقيق الهدف المنشود لابد من إعداد جيد وتخطيط سليم مدروس لانتقاء واختيا العناصر الموهوبة والمناسبة في المراحل العمرية الأولى لكي تساهم وتتفق لتحقيق الطموحات المطلوبة من هؤلاء اللاعبين . ومن المعروف عن لاعبى كرة القدم المصريين بصفة عامة تمتعهم بالمهارات الفنية العالية إلا أنه عند الاقتراب من منحهم الجرعات البدنية لتنية المهارات الخاصة بالاعداد البدني .. إلخ تجدهم وقد أصابهم الكثير من الانزعاج لانهم يرغبون دائما فى عمل التقسيمات والمباريات الودية لاظهار مواهيهم المهارية دونما الاهتمام بالاعداد البدنى . ومن هنا رأينا انه لزاما علينا ان نضع بين أيدي الجميع هذه اللبنة فى الصرح الكبير لكرة القدم المصرية والتى نرجوا أن نكون قد شاركنا بجهد ولو يسير لى معاونة ومشاركة زملاء لنا فى التدريب وهو ما اكتسيناه من أساتذة أجلا ء ومدربيين افاضل على سنين طويلة فى الملاعب المصرية .
