ويتكون هذه الكتاب من عشر فصول، الفصل الاول يعرض لتطور واتجاهات الفكر الإداري بصفة عامة، ثم يتناول الفصل الثاني الإدارة التربوية وأسسها العامة ثم يعرض الفصل الثالث لكيفية اتخاذ القرارات التربوية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، ويتناول الفصل الرابع التخطيط باعتباره أول أساسيات العمل الإداري من الروضة، ثم يعرض الفصل الخامس لأهمية الاتصال وتبادل المعلومات بين إدارة الروضة وأولياء الأمور ووسائط هذا الاتصال، ثم يتناول الفصل السادس القيادة الإدارية التربوية في الروضة وخصائصها ويعرض الفصل السابع للعلاقات العامة في رياض الأطفال ويتناول الفصل الثامن الإطار الفكري لإدارة الجودة الشاملة ويعرض الفصل التاسع للإطار الفلسفي والإداري لرياض الأطفال ويتناول الفصل العاشر والأخير عوامل نجاح معلمة الروضة من إدارة قاعة النشاط مع بعض الجوانب التطبيقية.
