روائي وقاص مصري مغترب عمل في الصحافة اليومية الكويتية منذ عام 1997 نشر العديد من الدراسات في الشأنين الاقتصادي والسياسي وفي العام 2013 نشرت له دار الأدهم رواية الرحلة التي تصور حياة المغتربين المهمشين وأثر التغيرات الاجتماعية مطلع التسعينيات عليهم والظروف القاسسية التي تعرضوا لها في فترة حرب الخليج الثانية وحوادث العبارات وذلك بأسلوب شيق وممتع ووصف دقيق لا ملل فيه على الاطلاق بحيث لا تملك سوى الاستمرار في قراءتها حتى النهاية

"الرحلة" رواية لأيمن نبيل غانم.. من البداية يأخذك أسلوب كاتبها.. يجمع بين جمال الأسلوب والمعنى والثقافة الثرية تقف في الخلف منهما.. قبل أن تجد نفسك في أحداثها فتأخذك شيئاً فشيئاً حتى تنفصل عما حولك دون محاولة لتركها أو أخذ وقتاً للراحة منها.. أسلوب الراوي وحديث النفس من ذلك الشاب الجامعي الطالب المثقف المكافح.. تطلب في عقلك الكثير من الأسئلة والأوجاع في ذلك الواقع العربي المرير للشباب في أماكن ودول مختلفة دون الوقوع في ملل الحكي أو المباشرة في تناول المشاكل الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والسياسية التي تحرك مسار أحداث "الرحلة" من بعيد وبشكل غير منظور وإن كنت ملامحه تبتدي من آن لآخر بين أحداث الرواية وسطورها فتظهر العلاقة. بينهما بشكل واضح.
"الرحلة" تقترب كثيراً من الشباب وواقعه وكثيراً من أحلام الفقراء التي لا تتخطى الستر وتعليم الأولاد، لتطرح أمامنا العديد من المعضلات برقة متناهية وكأنها تهمس في أذننا فنجد قلوبنا تهتز كرد فعل لها. الرحلة رواية عربية تستحق قراءتها كما نجحت هي في قراءة الكثير من أيامنا وأحوالنا، وإن كان بطلها شاباً مصرياً فهي لم تقع في شرك الإنغلاق على النفس، وعبرت بشكل جيد عن كثير من الاوضاع في غيرها من الدول العربية.
