من توفيق الله عز وجل على ومن نعمه أن وفقنى الى جمعه مادة هذا الكتاب ولعلى بهذا افتح الباب لمن بعدى من الباحثين فى اختيارات الحافظ أبو عيسى الترمذى رحمه الله الفقهية والتى أوردها فى كتابه ( الجامع ) وهى اختيارات وتعليقات تنبأعن شخصية فذة ليس فقط فى علم الحديث بل فى الفقه أيضا وتدل على سعة إطلاعه بكافة المذاهب والآراء الواردة فى تلك المسألة . فرأيت من باب الفائدة أن اجمع هذه الاختيارات وهذه المسائل الفقهية تحت كل حديث قد تكلم فيه أبو عيسى . وكنات خطتي ومنهجى فى الكتاب كما يلى : 1- إثبات اسم الباب والكتاب الوارد تحته الحديث 2- إثبات رقم الحديث كما هو مسلسلا فى الجماع مع لحفاظ على سند الحديث 3- وضعت حكم العلاقة محدث الشام وحسنة الأنام محمد ناصر الدين الألبانى قدس الله روحهفى ىخر كل حديث بين معكوفين . 4- ثم اتبعه بكلام أبو عيسى الترمذى رحمه الله مميزا ذلك بـ : قال ابو عيسى
