يصعب اليوم, أستثناء قطر عربي واحد من الوقوع في إسار التبعية, أو الروح تحت نير الإحتلال, ومن هنا تصبح الجبهة الوطنية أكثر إلحاحاً, بأعتبارها أحد أهم شروط النصر, بينما العكس هو الذي وقع, إذ تشظت كل قوة سياسية, علي نحو يصعب فهمه أو تبريره.
غني عن القول بأن الجبهة الوطنية تعني التقاء كل القوي الوطنية, علي برنامج إجماع وطني, يتضمن نقاط الألتقاء, المتمثلة في القواسم المشتركة بين تلك القوي, وتبقي نقاط الخلاف, لعل الخندق المشترك يذيبها, كلها أو بعضها, ويقرب بين تلك القوي, أكثر فأكثر.
وفي هذا الصدد فإن العلامة رشيد رضا دعا إلي أن (نعمل فيما نتفق عليه, ويعذر بعضنا بعضاً فيما نختلف فيه), فيما تؤكد الصيغة الشيوعية الصينية علي أن الجببهة تقوم علي أساس (وحدة - صراع - وحدة)؛ أي نبدأ متفقتن علي نقاط, لنتحاور حول نقاط الخلاف, منتهتن إلي وحدة أكثر صلابة, علي أن الجبهة لا تعني الإندماج, بل الإستقلال التنظيمي, والدعاوي, فيما يضرب الحلفاء عن قوس واحد.
علماً بأن لكل مرحلة مضمونها الخاص للجبهة: فالمرحلة الوطنية تتطلب جبهة وطنية عريضة, تتسع لكل القوي المعادية للإستعمار, لقد أكدت الجبهة مضاءها في مصر, حتن أطاحت بالنظام الملكي, في ثورة 23 يوليو تموز, 1952 ووفرت للقطر السوري أربع سنوات من الأنفراج الديمقراطي (1954-1958) وأنجزت في العراق ثورة 14 يوليو/ تموز, 1958 التي أطاحت بنظام عبد الإله نوري السعيد الأستبدادي الفاسد, فيما لم يمتد العمر بغيرها من الجبهات, فعز الأنتصار.
ونعجب للذين ينسجون علي منوال الأعداء ودأبهم تمزيق الأمة, طائفياً, أو مذهبياً أو عرقياً أو سياسياً.
وبعد, فإن وتراً واحداً في القيثارة يستحيل أن يصدر لحنا: وتأتي العصي إذا أتحدن تكسراً وإذا تفرقت تكسرت آحاداً.
