ولقد تضمن الكتاب دراسة للباحث عمر سعداو بعنوان: "المصالحة الوطنية كمدخل لتحقيق العدالة الإنتقالية"، ودراسة للبروفيسور قوي بوحنية والأستاذ علي قوق بعنوان: "العدالة الإنتقالية: حالات الصراع وتجارب التطبيق"، ودراسة أخرى للباحث الليبي دكتور محمد عمر حبيل بعنوان: "ملامح من الجهود النظرية: نحو قانون العدالة الإنتقالية في ليبيا".
وتضمن الكتاب أيضاً دراسة للباحثة أستاذة وهيبة رابح بعنوان: "آليات تطبيق العدالة الإنتقالية، ومعوقاتها"، وقدّمت الباحثة أستاذة لطيفة لبيهي دراسة بعنوان: "التطور التاريخي والنظري لمفهوم العدالة الإنتقالية"، كما قدّم البروفيسور قوي بوحنية والباحثة هبة العوادي دراسة بعنوان: "البناء الدستوري في الجزائر".
