نابليون هيل (بالإنجليزية: Napoleon Hill ) كاتب أمريكي اشتهر بكتبه التي تهتم بالتنمية البشرية ويعرف خصوصاً بكتابه "فكر تصبح غنياً" الذي أصبح عند إصداره من أكثر الكتب مبيعاً وشعبية في أمريكا. وقد ولد في 26 أكتوبر 1883 في باوند، فيرجينيا، الولايات المتحدة وتوفي في 8 نوفمبر 1970 بكارولاينا الجنوبية. يعتبر كتابه "فكر تصبح غنيا" أشهر كتبه والذي تمت ترجمته إلى اللغة العربية اخر مرة في العام 2010 وقد صدرت الطبعة الأولى من الترجمة الأخيرة للكتاب عن دار الفضيلة بالقاهرة تحت عنوان "فكر وضاعف ثروتك" وقام بإعدادها علي داود محمد محمود. ويقع الكتاب في 15 فصلا. كان نابليون هيل مستشارا للرئيس الأمريكي فرانكلين روزفلت 1933 - 1936. إحدى أشهر مقولاته هي : "الشيء الذي يمكن لعقل الإنسان أن يتصوره ويعتقده، يمكن تحقيقه".

نستعرض في كل فصل من هذا الكتاب, ونحلل بعمق السر الكامن وراء ثروات المئات من أشهر وأعظم الأثرياء الذين عملت على تحليلهم على مدى سنين طويلة, هذا السر الذي كشفه لي أندرو كارنيجي قبل أكثر من نصف قرن, ذلك العجوز الأسكتلندي الحكيم والمحبوب كشف لي السر منذ صغري دون قصد؛ ليجلس بعدها إلى مقعده ممعناً النظر إلي بعينين لامعتين وليستكشف تأثير ما أفضى به إلي, وقدرتي الذهنية على استيعاب ما سمعته, إلا أنه عندما شعر بأنني قد فهمت واستوعبت الفكرة, سألني مباشرة عن قدرتي على قضاء عشرين عاماً أو أكثر لأعد نفسي وأقدم ذلك السر إلى الرجال والنساء في شتى بقاع العالم والتي كانت حياتهم قبل معرفة ذلك السر مملوءة بالفشل والإخفاقات؛ إلا أنني وعدته وحافظت على وعدي لمؤسسة كارنيجي.
يحتوي هذا الكتاب على سر اختبره عملياً آلاف البشر في كل مجالات الحياة, فقد كانت فكرة السيد كارنيجي تتلخص في الوصفة السحرية التي مكنته من تحقيق ثروة طائلة, والتي شعر بأنه ملزم بتقديمها لأولئك الناس الذين ليس لديهم الوقت لتحليل أسباب تحقيق الثروات وطرق تكوينها.
