قال الله تعالى: "أفرءيتم الماء الذي تشربون". في هذه الآية المباركة دعوة من الله تعالى لعباده للتفكر في الماء الذي يشربونه... كيف جعله الله تعالى سر الوجود والحياة؟ كيف أنزله تعالى من السماء؟ كيف جعل طعم الماء موافقاً لمزاج الإنسان؟ كما إنها تدعونا للتفكر في أهمية الماء وشكر الخالق والرزاق على نعمته.
إن الماء بمثابة الروح للأجساد والكائنات الحية، بل والجمادات، فهذه الأرض نراها يابسة، ثم إذا نزل عليها الماء اهتزت وربت كما قال تعالى: "وترى الأرض هامدة فإذا أنزلنا عليها الماء اهتزت وربت وأنبتت من كل زوج بهيج". وقال تعالى: "ألم تر أن الله أنزل من السماء ماء فتصبح الأرض مخضرة إن الله لطيف خبير، له ما في السموات والأرض وإن الله لهو الغني الحميد".
وفي هذا المجال تساؤلات وتأملات: كيف يكون الماء حياة للإنسان وبقية الكائنات؟ هل الماء شفاء للإنسان من كل داء؟ كيف يعمل الماء على شفاء الأمراض؟ ستجد في هذا الكتاب الإجابة على هذه التساؤلات من خلال ما ورد في النصوص الدينية الشريفة وما توصل إليه العلماء بعد الأبحاث والاختبارات الكثيرة. وسترى الإعجاز الآلهي يتجلى في الماء، فيكون دعوة لنا للتفكر في أنفسنا، وليكون رسالة لنا من الله تعالى لإعادة النظر في علاقتنا بالكون وما حولنا.
