والاهم ما هي الوقاية من تلك العوامل حتى يظل القلب ينبض بسلام معطيًا الحياة الهانئة لذلك كان هذا الكتاب لإلقاء الضوء على كل ما يتعلق بالقلب من مشاعر وأمراض ووقاية من تلك الأمراض بأسلوب أدبي قصصي بسيط بغرض ألا تكون دون أن تقصد عدوًا لقلبك لتتعقد الحياة، بل صديقًأ له تحفظه فيحفظك من خلال عدة قصص مثيرة منها (الحانوتي نقيبًا للأطباء) و (حكاية ولاء وعلاء) و (القلب له أحكام) وفي نهاية الكتاب تم وضع تلخيص وافٍ عن عوامل الخطورة على القلب وكيفية الوقاية منها حتى تتحقق للقارئ التسلية والاستفادة إنه كتاب جدير ألا يخلو منه أي بيت يتمنى أن يعيش مطمئنًا على أهم عضو في جسد الإنسان.
