تغطّي الدراسة بدايةَ تأسيس إمارة شرق الأردن، وتَطور أجهزتها العاملة في الزراعة، وقد اعتمدت بشكل أساسي على التقارير الحكومية، وخاصة تقارير دائرة الزراعة والحراج والمعادن، ووزارة الزراعة، والمصرف الزراعي، بالإضافة إلى مذكرات المجالس التشريعية، وصحيفة "الشرق العربي" والجريدة الرسمية لإمارة شرق الأردن.
