2 - ليسانس آداب فى الفلسفة - جامعة القاهرة 1957 م.
3 - دبلوم عامة وخاصة فى التربية - جامعة عين شمس 1957، 1965 م.
4 - ماجستير فى اللغة العربية - تخصص أصول الغة - جامعة الأزهر 1967 م.
5 - دكتوراه فى أصول اللغة - جامعة الأزهر 1976 م.
6 - عضو اللجنة الدائمة لترقيات الأستاذة فى أصول اللغة منذ عام 1997 م.
• توفي في 25/ 3/ 2015 م، رحمه الله
