يتناول هذا الكتاب مبادئ عقود التجارة الدولية (الينيدروا) 2010 بالشرح والتحليل من خلال أحد عشر فصلاً، يبدأ الكتاب بالتعريف بالمبادئ ومن ثم يتناول الفصل الأول المبادئ العامة التي تقوم عليها مبادئ الينيدروا، وحيث أن محل الدراسة ينصب على العقد الدولي بأنواعه المختلفة، فقد تناول الفصل الثاني إنعقاد العقد وسلطة الوكلاء، ومن ثم الإنتقال لموضوع صحة ونفاذ العقد والشروط والأحكام الناظمة لهذا الموضوع.
كما تم تخصيص فصل لموضوع تفسير العقود في ظل مبادئ اللينيدروا، فيما يتناول الفصل الخامس مضمون العقد والشروط وحقوق الطرف الثالث.
ومن أهم المسائل المرتبطة بالعقود هي مسألة التنفيذ، وعليه فقد تناول الفصل السادس من الكتاب تنفيذ العقد وما يعترض ذلك من إشكاليات قانونية.
وإستكمالاً لموضوع التنفيذ، فقد تناول الفصل السابع عدم التنفيذ والجزاءات المرتبة على ذلك، أما الفصل الثامن فيتناول أحد طرق الوفاء وهو المقاصة كأداة هامة في التجارة الدولية.
وبنفس القدر من الأهمية، فقد عرفت المبادئ نظام الحوالة بأنواع وصور مختلفة وكانت محلاً للدراسة في الفصل التاسع، أما الفصل العاشر فقد تناول موضوع التقادم من حيث الأحكام والشروط والنتائج، وأخيراً يتناول الفصل الحادي عشر التضامن بنوعيه، بين المدينيين والدائنين، وقد كان هذا الموضوع من ضمن الموضوعات القانونية التي استحدثت في المبادئ في نسخها الأخيرة.
بقي أن تقول، أن مجموعة مؤلفة من عشرة أساتذة عرب في القانون المدني والتجاري يعملون في جامعات عربية مختلفة قد أخذوا على عاتقهم تأليف هذا الكتاب المرجعي.
